CDW Associate Consulting Engineer interview questions

Phone interview followed by 3 in person interview (in succession). The interviewers were genial and probed for knowledge of some of the skills required for the position. This particular position was/is an 18 month training program during which one must acquire 3 certifications (in this case, Cisco certs). The whole process was irritating as the recruiters leave much to be desired and are terrible at communicating even when you're a viable candidate. It was outrageous that I was denied any feedback as a long time employee of the company.
