Approx April of 2014 I interviewed for a position for Microsoft at CDW. This was my first five member interview panel to confront, lol. As kind, and relaxed, as these members appeared... This interview was well orchestrated between all players. I was very impressed as to what was asked, and the quick response. I highly suggest to anyone going on a panel interview to research what can be asked. Also, research what to say, and NOT say. Be prepared from your "Google Question", giving an exact salary amount, your elevator pitch, the "Tell us about yourself"?

I was asked, "If another employee thought a Blue product was green, how would I convenience them it is Blue"?. (I gave an answer) I was, hen asked, "The employee does not believe you. What do you do now" ? (I have another answer) this went back and forth for awhile, lol.
