      Accounts Receivable Interview

      Jan 15, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Etobicoke, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CDW (Etobicoke, ON)

      Interview

Had a screening interview with HR. They told me at the end of the call that they would go over the benefits package if selected for next steps. That did not happen on the call and received a boiler plate Dear John rejection email. From what I could tell they seem to be in transition from legacy mainframe or AS/400 systems and moving to newer software packages. They seem to have a need for a high volume collector, but HR couldn't really tell me much about their needs or how they wanted it accomplished besides picking up the phone to make calls which doesn't make much sense in 2025 (interview date) or today in 2026. Since the interview, I have seen the job posting for their Etobicoke office reposed in to 2026 over and over again. It doesn't seem anyone is good enough to join their team.
