Recruiter contacted me and set up a time for a Telephone Interview. Then no one ever called or ever followed up. I sent a follow up note stating perhaps our wires had been crossed and wanted to know if rescheduled but never heard anything back.

Interview
Recruiter reached out on LI to have a conversation and if I would be interested in one of their HR roles open. I think spoke to the hiring manager and both of them seem to be very cold and formal. Seems like there is a lot of restructuring going on at CDW and the culture was not at all for me. Seems like a place where there is a lot of pressure and it might not be the best culture for everyone.

I had a total of 3 interviews. The first was a screening, followed by a 1:1 with the hiring manager and then a panel interview/ demo. The demo was a teach back, followed by some hypothetical situations.
