So far I am in the fourth of the application/interview process. First was submitting the application, second was participating in a digital interview, third was talking with the senior recruiter and now I'm waiting to hear about talking with the hiring manager.

What do you know about CDW? What type of work environment would you like to be a part of? If you could describe yourself using an emoji, what would it be and why? What makes you unique compared to your peers? What background experience or projects have you worked on related to HR? Why HR?

Interview
Recruiter reached out on LI to have a conversation and if I would be interested in one of their HR roles open. I think spoke to the hiring manager and both of them seem to be very cold and formal. Seems like there is a lot of restructuring going on at CDW and the culture was not at all for me. Seems like a place where there is a lot of pressure and it might not be the best culture for everyone.

I had a total of 3 interviews. The first was a screening, followed by a 1:1 with the hiring manager and then a panel interview/ demo. The demo was a teach back, followed by some hypothetical situations.
