Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I first spoke with the Sr. Recruiter to discuss my candidacy. This person was kind, but a straight shooter, which I appreciated. I then had an interview with the individual who would be my direct manager through WebEx, and finally an in-person interview with the manager and another peer.
