Interview
It consisting of 5-6 phone interviews with different members of the CDW team. Throughout the process everyone I spoke with was very nice and were very interested not only in me as a candidate but also in me as a person. Interview processes are always a little intimidating but they made it the best experience it possibly could have been.
The interview is done online, through HireVue. It is only about 4 questions, but it is an interview done alone. You’ll see a question on the screen and record your response.

Interview
The process involved a series of phone interviews; a preliminary phone interview with an HR and Hiring manager, an additional interview with a potential area supervisor, then a third interview with the sales team/account managers I would be working with.
