When I submitted my resume to the position which was posted on my university's career website, I received a phone call about 10 minutes later from a recruiter and began my phone interview. My recruiter was very energetic and she told me about the great company culture, with unlimited earning potential, and it made me very interested. After the phone interview, I conducted a personality test. After passing the personality test, I received a phone call from my initial recruiter who flew me into Chicago, and picked me up in a stretch limo. I was interviewed by the recruiter again before doing a mock phone call with one of the sales managers, where I was required to sell him party balloons. I passed, and was pressured to sign the offer right away if I wanted to be located in the Chicago office. I signed, foolishly.
