Started with application: resume, coverletter, basic info.
Was immediately emailed asked to conduct a one-way HireVue interview to be completed within three business days. Interview consisted of 7 basic behavioral questions (took about 30 minutes).
After completing the one-way interview I was emailed a few days later to set up a brief phone call with a recruiter. The conversation is super relaxed you just talk about start dates, compensation, training, and a little bit about the company. I was then asked what my schedule was to set up a 2-way video call the following week.
The 2-way interview lasted about 45 minutes. Discussed basic things like why CDW, goals, discussed past experiences, and ended with some behavioral interview questions (similar to the 1-way interview). The interview was fine but pretty basic and not super personable. My interviewer didn't work at the location I was applying for which I thought was a little weird because it seems like there's disconnect between some questions you have about the city/location specifically since they don't know.
All in all, I thought the process went pretty well and that I had a good interview. I was denied a few days later in a basic email saying they were looking for other candidates.
Overall the process is fine and works well enough it seems. A little frustrating that they drag things out a little bit (3 weeks) just to turn you down with no explanation..but I guess that's life and how things go at big companies that take on a bunch of applications.
