Very kind and thorough corporate recruiter let me know all the details about the company and how to ace my interview. Interviewer showed personality and comraderie. Let me give previous employment appropriate amount of resignation notice and agreed to have me on board at the start of next year.

Interview
I applied on Indeed and was contacted for a phone interview. I reached out a few times but always got the recruiter's voicemail. The following week, I tried again and got her. She was having phone issues and the phone ultimately disconnected. I called back and got voicemail so I decided I was done. I got an email (name spelled incorrectly) the following day to set up an interview for that day. While we talked, salary came up and we spent some time on there. I was told I would have to submit my W2 for consideration so the company can keep me within the same salary range I had previously. I declined and told her I was ending the interview process. I would rather not be with a company who asks for my W2 to verify my salary.
