Interview
Phone and face to face interview. Discussing my commitment, capabilities, education, hobbies, availability and goals. We discussed on going training, education and the ability to advance within the company. We talked about the company policies, benefits, compensation, amount of vacation, sick and holiday days and compensation.
It was a straightforward interview with role relevant questions. Depending on the role, excel skills or analytical skills may be tested. They also check on the subject knowledge and company culture fit.
