Two interviewers will ask questions based on your previous job.They will ask you what u did and give the end results.Why did you want the job .What can I do to improve the company qualities.How can you relate to your co-workers and how can you motivate them.

De sollicitatie was eerst een kennismaking met de centrale HR in Antwerpen via streaming. Later on site uitgenodigd on site in Grobbendonk voor een gesprek met de lokale HR en floormanager.
