It was the regular interview process with standard questions. Situational description and experience related questions were asked. Tell us about a time when you did not get desirable results and how did you handle it. Most questions were customer service based.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CGI (Troy, AL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Quick and mostly asked questions not related to the job. The job being customer service, answering phones, contacting the customers, helping and directing the customer. I only got asked one question pertaining to the job. "Do you have any experience in customer service?" The rest of the questions where "what were my life goals, and what if in the end I couldn't reach them. " Things such as "What was my dream job?" Maybe the interviewer was trying to get to know me but I think it should have been about the job and what I could do there, rather then asking if In 10 years I'm not where I want to be, what will I do. There should have been a question that said, "If you have to handle a difficult customer how would you handle it?"
