Cela se passe d'abord par un entretien avec un chasseur de tête, ensuite selon le feeling du Manager direct qu'on va rencontrer.
Mais il faut tomber au moment où il y a une opportunité de mission en client.
The process was quite simple: I submitted my application, HR got in touch, I had an interview, and then the hiring manager conducted another interview. It appears that my candidacy was not successful, and the opportunity did not materialize.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Straight forward. Single interview with a director, took the form of a discussion rather than interrogation and lots of opportunities to ask questions about the role and organisation. offer followed a few days later.
Applied online, received a call from them 10 months later for video interview - they had technical difficulties in setting up video interview but did the interview over the phone. Very basic questions nothing to do with the role l applied for.
