Interview
The interview process was comprised of 2 steps:
First was the interview with HR, here the interviewer would want to know more about the person at hand, graduation level, academic projects, hobbies and basic knowledge.
Second and last was already at client site. The interview was done with 2 persons of different areas, one where I would eventually stay. This one was more technical focused than the previous one, technologies used and the reason for choosing it and as well as knowledge about the business area of the client.
The interview here was super easy— they’re always hiring! Hard to keep people around when the culture’s toxic and management’s a mess. Oh, and of course, they’re super understaffed.
It’s basically a BPO setup—same old one-day hiring process. Blink and you’re hired… just don’t be too surprised when you end up doing call center work. Good luck with that! (bmo)

Interview
Es war sehr gut soweit. Sowohl das 1. Gespräch online als auch das 2. Gespräch vor Ort. Es wurde nach Motivation, Vorstellung und Wünschen des Bewerbers gefragt. Alles sehr professionell. Am Ende aber nach einer Zusage des AGs eine Absage bekommen, weil es für die vakante Stelle KEINE Projekte gab, wo man hätte anfangen können. Das muss man sich auf der Zunge zergehen lassen. Eine Zusage mit einer anschließenden Absage, weil es keine Projekte gibt. Ein Consulting Unternehmen für Behörden und Ministerien.
