We use many different software everyday (virtual desktops, VPNs, and processing software to name a few). Are you familiar and comfortable with using multiple programs/software at the same time? If so, what is the most difficult software or application you have used and do you feel you could walk someone who is NOT familiar with the software through how to use it?
