I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2016
Interview
First step is an HR interview over the phone. Not complex in my case, they just want to understand why you could be a good asset for CGI and what you would like to do inside CGI in a couple fo years from now.
Second steo was a face to face interview with the VP of the business unit and also the 2 ressources that one would have to manage.
No complex questions, was more to see behavior of the applicant and see personal fit.

Question 1
Regular HR questions. Can you describe your experience and how this can be helpful in the position we are trying to fill?
In the 2nd interview, they were looking for someone that is process driven and very meticulous. Alos the VP of the business unit was looking for someone that was not technical and is able to manage multiple bids in parallel (Average bid size is 1 to 2 millions)
