First step is an HR interview over the phone. Not complex in my case, they just want to understand why you could be a good asset for CGI and what you would like to do inside CGI in a couple fo years from now. Second steo was a face to face interview with the VP of the business unit and also the 2 ressources that one would have to manage. No complex questions, was more to see behavior of the applicant and see personal fit.
