I was interviewed in Riyadh.
First was 1:1 interview with Project Manager and second was with Operations Director and last was HR interview. All interviews are 1:1.
Initial interview seems to be the most difficult. Interview by management is quite easy and they mostly look at your attitude and approach to work. HR seems to be the easiest as its mostly formality and for right candidate negotiation is not a problem
