I was contacted by a CHG Recruiter through LinkedIn for another role within the company but ultimately the hiring manager decided to go in a different direction and I did not get the opportunity to interview for that position. However, I was impressed with the information the Recruiter shared with me about the company’s core value/culture plus my additional research so I applied for another position. A second recruiter followed up promptly. I went through a series of 3 rounds interviews of interviews and received an offer approximately 1 week after my final interview. The process overall took about 4 weeks. I appreciate a company that is careful in hiring as long as the communication is good which overall it was!
