Interview
I didn’t get to interview with the Director because of an audit of some sort. Instead of rescheduling the interview, they allowed another HR BP to interview me. Mind you she only been there for 5 months and this was her first time in health care, but had previous HR experience. I was hoping to hear back from the director to apologize about the schedule conflict and possibly schedule another interview, but that did not happen. Never heard back from anyone.

Phone screen and on-site interview... behavioral base, how do you work well with a team, what are our core values, conflict etc. There was phones screen with talent management then on to the panel interview, as you know panel interviews can be very stressful but the team makes you feel welcomed and at ease
