Interview
I applied the position through our university's networking website. I had On-Campus Interview and was selected to visit their office at Plymouth Meeting, PA. For the office interview, we first had a 20 minutes presentation about the firm, then I was interviewed by5 principals (25-30 minutes each). Most interview questions were behavioral questions and based on my resume. After all the interviews, we had a office tour.
Smooth and brilliant, but they don't offer sponsors. Very good experience worth trying. The interview questions were very simple, which may have something to do with new grad. The interviewer was friendly, but I was rejected.
Interview is light and informal conversation. The process is in relax environment. But it also tries to ask you technical knowledge in-between casual conversation. In all it is a positive experience and less stressful interview than most other job interviews.

Interview
Very easy interview process. At this level they are just looking for bodies with the accountant shortage looming. Great way to get into the industry if you don't have a lot of experience. I had three interviews, one with a recruiter, one with two mid-level employees, and one with a principal.
