I was scouted for this job on Linkden so the recruiter contacted me. I spoke to the recruiter and they set up a basic phone interview. About a week later i was asked to do a follow up in person interview and they flew an HR rep to Columbus to meet. I was offered a position about a week after that in a formal email letter.
