I applied for the Launch Project Strategist role in late March and went through a multi-step interview process over the next several weeks. The process included an initial phone screen, a personality assessment, followed by interviews with department supervisors and regional leadership. After what I considered a successful process, I was informed on May 1, 2025 that CLEAResult would not be moving forward with hiring for the role at that time.
Shortly afterward, I was contacted by a different recruiter for what appeared to be the same role but in a different department (May 16, 2025). Despite my concerns about repeating a process for the same position, I engaged again in good faith, invested time preparing, and participated in another round of interviews. Unfortunately, I was rejected again the day after the 2nd interview series, with minimal feedback.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and at times felt disjointed. The repeated interview rounds for the same role, followed by two rejections without clear communication or detailed feedback, made me feel that my time and effort were undervalued. This experience left me feeling undervalued and dismissed, as if candidates are viewed as mere checkboxes rather than people with time and effort to invest. For a company that prides itself on its mission and values, I hope CLEAResult seriously reevaluates how it manages the hiring process to avoid repeating this hurtful pattern in such a volatile job market. Respectful, honest, and transparent communication isn’t just a courtesy — it’s essential to attracting and retaining quality talent.
