I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CLEAResult (Portland, OR) in May 2025
Interview
I was highly qualified for the position, with strong technical expertise, extensive experience working collaboratively across departments, and a solid background in client-facing, consultative roles. Unless I receive constructive feedback, I’m left to assume that the decision may have been influenced by factors beyond qualifications.
The initial interview with the hiring manager and other members of the team was setup pretty quickly by the recruiter. I had to complete a behavioral assessment which didn't take too long.
The interview lasted around 45 mins asking about my background, how I work in certain scenarios, etc. All the members on the team were pleasant to talk to.
That being said, the times that were available really didn't align well with my schedule so I had to request some time off work (which happens). I was told that I'd hear back within 2 weeks. After the two weeks and not hearing any feedback, I reached out to the recruiter and received nothing. After another 2 weeks, I went and checked my candidate page and it showed that I was not selected.
I missed time from work and I also set aside time to prepare for the interview. The least I could get is some sort of communication regarding any updates on my application. Completely unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at CLEAResult (Michigan Center, MI) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interviewer turned off her camera and I answer all the questions. They needed 18 people and I actually don’t understand why I didn’t get the job. I had two interviews but the manager pretty much seen me and didn’t like me enough to keep the camera on.
