COS Sales Advisor interview questions

I attended a group interview, we all had to introduce ourselves, talk about why we wanted to join the company, a quick styling exercise and then given various scenarios to organise into most - least priority.

First of all, I received an email from HR confirming my interview. She told me not to hesitate to call her if I wanted more information about the interview. Once in the store, a classic interview is held with two managers to describe their career path, their motivations for the job and their interest in the brand. Then, a practical exercise is asked of us. You have to create an ideal outfit for a profile that is described to you and be able to explain why we have chosen these clothes and accessories.
