Meeting was setup by HR. HR disclosed the interviewers name and title. The interviewer has the so-called title of "senior vice president." The interviewer was not prepared for the interview, conducted himself unprofessionally, unethically, and outright unlawfully by being age discriminatory.
It would behoove CPH corporate officers to immediately terminate this persons employment, with cause, as there no explanation or second chances given for this behavior by a licensed professional or any professional for that matter.
