i believe the interview process starts with only taking applications on line, then one interview with very basic questions, and then drug background physical etc. After a phone interview, you will be set up with an interview with the plant manager, and he may pawn you off to another guy who you can tell doesn't know much about the industry. This other guy will walk you through the plant and claim to be a production manager, but he doesn't do much.
