First interview was phone screening. Experience was pleasant and professional. Through to second stage with HR Business Partner. She was late on the phone and clearly felt the interview was a waste of her time and hadn't thought how I would feel about my wasted time and preparation to hear before the interview had even started she had made up her mind. I would recommend the UK HR team look at their behaviour and that they are representing their company so to remain professional.
