Was interviewed & hired on the spot. Not so much that I was awesome but more like they were desperate to find help. The person doing the interview was energetic and gave me a facility tour, which was impressive. Employees were asked during my tour how they liked their jobs and all were happy working there.

Simple and previous nursing experience is very helpful. Was able to complete a shadowing experience to better understanding expectations of the role. Must be able to understand the process of following the guidelines for donation process.

Quick and easy. Basic interview questions. Was able to negotiate salary. Pleasant interviewer. Only one interview. No shadowing. Ability to ask questions. Was told about companies purpose and history. Seemed to value my expertise.

Interview
Hiring involves a lot of training before doing the actual job, which takes more than 2 weeks. This causes the high turnover rate. You also do a scavenger hunt around tbe facility so you are aware of all of the other departments. You get assigned a locker.
