Manager called me after filling out an application and we scheduled a set day for a phone interview. He asked me a series of questions that ranged from my skill sets to why I wanted to work there. Also, why I wanted to work for CSL Plasma, specifically.

Question 1
I was asked what to do in a situation where a donor is angry we were taking a longer time than usual due to the demand.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

Interview
They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
