Very simple and to the point; asked about qualifications and explained the different pathways at the organization. Interviewer was up front with the obvious difficulties associated with the job, although did not go into detail about job duties.

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
