first you have to find a position you want and apply on-line and pass a 1 hour 4 part quiz mainly to figure out that your not a risk taker or someone who is going to be unsafe with there company. Then once you complete that and if you pass they call you for interview. Then you do a phone interview. then off to a face to face interview. Be sure and be early to the face to face because if they say 7 be there at least 6:30 its first in first serve. by 7am the door is locked and they figure you must not want the job anyway. Everyone who made it this far is in a room with you they talk about the company. Tell you about the rule book should be written in red or blood due to all the accidents over the years. Then you take a written test same one you took online to see if it was you that took the test first time. Then everyone goes outside the room and they call you in by the order you had signed in. Then if you pass that you will check your email to see in about two weeks if you get to proceed to Atlanta for training. you then have 6 weeks to graduate railroad school and 8 weeks of training at your home location to mark up and work on your own. Its about 6 month process......
