Interview
Met with Human Resources and had a phone call screening interview. The interview seemed to go well, and I was qualified for the position. I sent a thank you note the next day and received a nice note back from the recruiter. Then crickets. After 2 weeks of silence, I went on workday and saw I was no longer being considered. I was suprised that I didn't even receive the automated email, especially since I interviewed.
