Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health (Mission Viejo, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Very generic and cut-n-dry. I asked for $25, but received $22, only because my district manager wanted to keep a larger salary range between myself, and my store manager, who only makes $27 after 20+ years of service. I was also required to submit a urine sample.

Question 1
Why do you want to be an assistant manager?
Are all your training modules complete?
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Lake Mary, FL)
Interview
I made it far into the interview process. I was ready to make the leap to start training and had verbally agreed to training and the salary. I was given the news that I was not chosen for the training position because they decided to hire someone with more recent retail experience. My experience was not as recent because I pursued a college degree and was unable to work during that time. Also, I was not chosen because I was not Bilingual, although it wasn't a requirement it was strongly preferred.
