I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health in Sep 2011
Interview
I had the opportunity to come in at a time gearing up for the busiest part of the year for Caremark. I had applied for one of Caremark's competitors, filling out an intense online application. Once that application was complete, a link popped up, saying 'People who expressed interest in this company with an online application, also were suggested applying for these companies as well.' Caremark was one of those companies. So I clicked on the the link to begin the application process with Caremark. The online application presented a very smooth flow, especially compared to the non friendly process with the Competitor previously applied. Everything with Caremark was updated online. The initial application. The initial screening. The update, indicating the company is interested in speaking with you. The online appointment set for the interview.
Once at the interview, i visited with 2 Supervisors individually for about an hour total. The 2 supervisors compared notes while i was still there. They then recommended to the HR Director to make job offer. I later met with the HR Director within minutes and the offer was already processed! I was amazed at how quick their process was for screening and interviewing potential applicants! From there, I was told, to wait for an email containing documents I needed to acknowledge prior to the official start date. Very impressive!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first part of the interview consisted of signing into a computer and watching a video on an interaction between the representative and the customer. My function with this process was to evaluate and be ready to discuss feedback gleaned from the video. The question posed to me, 'What did you think about the video?'
The interview process was very quick and they gave a brief run down of the job role. They were unable to tell me what the daily responsibilities/ day-to-day looks like.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. But I recommend asking a lot of questions regarding the WFH rules. They were very strict and learned about the rules after I got hired.
