Applied online through company website, contacted a few days later for a brief phone interview, contacted via email to schedule an in-person panel interview. Panel interview was conducted by two people. One was very professional the other was very unprofessional in both appearance and composure.

Interview
Very simple process. After the phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. The last step was the group panel interview. Both interviews were mostly like conversations. I felt very comfortable. Ask good questions related to the job and the skills it takes to do the job. It's always good to look up the websites for Aetna and CVS beforehand to understand the products and services better. Ask questions about the websites. Understand the job and have a good answer prepared for why you want to do the job or why you want to work for CVS.
