I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Woonsocket, RI)
Interview
Well organized and consistent across interview panel; Only Required one on-site visit; Ample opportunity to engage leadership, peers and staff; Plenty of opportunity to ask questions; Would have liked a more comprehensive job preview; Flexible scheduling around my availability; Good balance of "buying" questions with "selling" statements; Interview scheduling was well thought out and communicated; Quick turnaournd time from interview completion to offer extension

Question 1
What would you propose to accomplish in the first 30/90/180 days of employment?
Email with a bunch of questions and then an initial phone screen. I had to reach out and follow up for an update on if they were moving forward or not.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Santa Barbara, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Honestly the strangest recruitment and interview process I've ever experience - CVS's process truly takes the "human" out of recruiting which is such an oxymoron. I applied online and was sent a link to go through a series of questions and record myself answering them. The whole process took probably 45 minutes to an hour. I was then sent a rejection email no more than 3 days later. I didn't talk to a real human person ONCE. Literally talked to myself facing a screen during my interview. Worst process. Do better CVS!
