I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Kansas City, MO) in Nov 2013
Interview
I interviewed with the district manager. The interview process was about 30 minutes. It was very much conversational as opposed to a myriad of situation-based questions. It was very calm and easy going. After about two weeks, I received an emailed offer for the position as a staff pharmacist in a to be determined pharmacy in the Kansas City area.

Interview
I met the district manager (who oversaw the CVS's in the area of my Pharmacy School) at a restaurant and we had a 1-on-1 where she asked me questions to see if I & the company were a good match. Then I had a drug test, filled out a bunch of forms online, & I was accepted as an intern shortly after. They took several months to finally started to schedule me though... they said there was a problem with me getting into the computer system.
