Interview
The Interview process took a little over two weeks. I applied online for the remote CSR position and received an email a week later for a phone interview. By the end of the conversation the recruiter scheduled me a second phone interview.
This second interview was over the phone with two supervisors and lasted approx 45mins. They were very dry and presented 5 different scenario questions, and asked me why I would be a good fit. Overall it was an okay interview interview experience. Mainly because it was over the phone which i am not used to and i was not able to see their facial expressions.
One week after my interview I received a phone call offering me the position.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
