I met the Assistant Manager when I first went in (only because he was running cash register.) Then I was taken to a very small break room for my interview with the head RPh. He was very polite and direct about why I was wanting to leave my job I has to come over to retail life. It was something I will never forget because I actually felt wanted at a job.

The interview process was quite easy, good, direct, straightforward and informative. The interviewer was also very respectful and asked appropriate questions. It did not take a very long time. I was satisfied with it

Did not hear from them until about a month after I applied. Had an interview the day they called and requested one, and then I started working about a week later.

What is your expected salary?
The feel of the interview really depends on the pharmacy manager who is interviewing you. For me it was not intimidating and she made me feel comfortable. Quick interview with just a few basic questions.
