Customer service in call center interview. Role is in office but they didn’t know where office is. General starting pay super low in today’s world. They didn’t know basic info coming in and pay was too low and was looking for work from home more so. I thanked them for their time and moved on.
It was good and the manger was really nice to me throughout the whole process even talking about the specifics of the location that I was interviewing about he also had a friendly smile on his face.

Easy phone then virtual the phone was 10 to 15 min long the virtual was 20-30 minutes long. They ask a series of questions pertaining to background of applicant. They also ask scenario questions to see how applicant would respond to certain situations.
