Cadence Design Systems BI Developer interview questions

I applied through online career website of Cadence. A recruiter approached me saying the hiring manager urgently needs to talk. The hiring manager himself arranged the interviews which were not scheduled with proper invites, but only verbals. He was very particular about the working hours and no work from home option. I was interviewed three times - 2 times by hiring manager and once by the tech lead. All the interviews went excellent and the hiring manager showed keen interest. But all of a sudden they stopped all communication. I tried reaching them through phone calls/emails, but was never answered. Its been more than a month and still no clear communication if they want to proceed or not. Overall a very unprofessional interview process.
