Interview
I interviewed at Calix (NJ), five round of interviews, Telephone Screening + Face to Face, each interview took about 30 minutes, and it also had a language test, just about listening and speaking. The questions ranged from mine work experience and knowledge to linux kernel, wireless solution and etc. All interviewers were very nice and the interaction was pleasant.
