Candescent interview questions

The interviews were fine but the real problem is the recruitment company they are working with. After the interviews, i was told that i am being offered SDE3 role instead and i need to send my details to them in order to proceed. Mind you, no one candescent has reached out to me since interviews, and this entire interaction is going on with the thrid-party recruitment team. They are highly unqualified to handle recruitment process and unfortunately, Candescent doesn't even know what's happening behind their backs

interview process is amazing but what comes after it is pure nightmare Imagine you will start your job on the 1st of july but it's been more than a week and yet you are still left hanging.
