Canon Virginia interview questions

Interview process was in three parts. First there was the initial phone interview where the HR Specialist asks you basic questions about your resume. If they like you they move forward with the in person interview where you sit with at least two supervisors (or higher) and HR Recruiter. They give you the basic question and answer interview. Nothing too hard then you get the third interview usually with the same group of people and they ask you more questions and confirm whether or not you are the right fit. If you are, then they call you back for a drug screening and contingent upon those results they give you the job offer. In the in between time they order a background check which is pretty detailed.

Fairly laidback, bought my flight to their facility and were very flexible with dates and times. Interviewers were very friendly and showed me the facility.
