Interview
Weirdly obsessed with high school, they made me do a 10,000 essay about what I was like in high school and did not even give me an interview. Absolutely crazy and unprofessional, go somewhere else, they expect all this work from you and won't even grace you with a call. Do not get excited if they send you an email for the written interview portion, they clearly send EVERYONE this email, and as soon as you are done with the written interview and antiquated GIA assessment you will receive your "We have 80,000 applicants" email, total joke.
