We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We absolutely feel our written interview questions are relevant to the complete skill set we are looking for and these are carefully crafted before we open a role. We have written about this in earlier responses on this platform, but in summary, we recognise that achievements in earlier years are just as relevant to 'on the job' experience and technical skill sets. It is a more advanced way to assess talent so not an approach that every candidate will have experienced before, but in our quest to find the best talent from a global talent pool it helps us identify those people who have a consistent and solid track record of achievement.
