I was asked to answer about 20 written questions and then go through psycho technical tests. The tests were not available in my mother language yet included reading comprehension test checking your speed. This company speaks about diversity and inclusion but this test was unfair and not inclusive at all! How can I compete with native speakers? And why give me so many assay questions before this test? I felt very disappointed from this process. Not inclusive at all.
