Interview form that took hours to fill, then a psychic evaluation that took another few hours to fill, then a knowledge based questionnaire that took another few hours to complete, only to be told they won't continue. Even though when I saw my test scores, it was all near perfect. Huge waste of time and without any human interaction to explain anything!

Processo lungo, in più step. I primi tutti scritti e con monitor registrato per sicurezza: il problema principale per me è che si impiega tantissimo tempo senza ricevere un feedback sensato su quanto si è fatto e sul perché si è scartati (tutto in inglese)
Very disappointing. Long and intense. The whole process took about two months, with four interviews and and a presentation. I was due to have one more interview with the CMO but ultimately I got a pretty rude rejection email saying 'I didn't have the skills required for the job'. I wish I'd known that earlier in the process!

The process was very lengthy, took over 6 months on interviews, presentations, tests and quizes. With no feedback whatsoever. At the end I resigned from the process to not waste any more of my time.
