The interview process was overly drawnout and repetitive. After applying, you're prompted to complete a writing assignment with 30+ questions focused on your high school experiences. Afterwards, you're scheduled for 5+ interviews who have not shared their feedback with one another.

Interview
Everything about their interview process is bad, Initially it is so extensive that I applied 2 months ago and got a rejection email now. Initially they expect working professionals to answer a ton of questions which are unnecessary and time consuming, additionally, they will schedule 3 interviews simultaneously which is ridiculous in itself 2 of which will be on the same day with same sets of questions. If they miss an interview because of some other commitments, they don't prefer to inform the candidate rather the candidate have to wait in the meeting until you ask by email the situation and its a complete waste of your time.
They do come back to you, i will give them that, but after investing countless hours of your time for the period of 2 months, all they say after rejecting you is they receive so many applications and they are unable to give specific feedback because it is not possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone especially HR professionals to apply here, please save your time and effort for a company which actually deserves you.

Interview
I did not get to speak to an actual person, but I enjoyed answering the questions they sent over to write in essay form. It gave me time to reflect on my career and the choices made and reflect on what I want it to look like moving forward. It was some sort of therapy, honestly.

Interview
Lengthy interview consisting of a written application, answering 20+ questions. I then had an initial phone screen and went on to have some additional virtual interviews with multiple team members. I did not choose to move forward in the process because I got the sense that this role would be extremely micro-managed.
